Key Responsibilities
Sales & Collection Management:
• Drive sales growth in the assigned territory by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Dealer/Distributor Network Management:
• Build, expand, and strengthen dealer/distributor network for business growth.
• Monitor secondary sales, stock availability, and order fulfilment.
• Support partners with regular visits, engagement, and business reviews.
Achievement of Business Budget:
• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Track and analyse sales performance against budgeted targets.
• Identify new opportunities for market penetration and business expansion.
Market & Customer Development:
• Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Conduct promotional activities, product demos, and dealer meets.
Skills & Competencies
• Proficient in sales planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to monitor sales data and collections.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/MBA (preferred) with specialization in Sales/Marketing.
• 2–5 years of experience in channel sales / territory management.
• Experience in Farm Input sector will be an added advantage.
